We booked a trip to Ubud with Denny for ourselves and another couple while we were staying in Bali. We had a great trip despite the rainy conditions. Denny was an excellent driver and host for our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee plantation, silver smith stop and the temples we visited. Our only disappointment that due to the rain the Monkey Forest was not allowing tours when we arrived.
We also used Baliden's for our transfer from the Bali airport to our hotel. Decka was our driver and he was very good at communicating prior to our departure as well as once we landed. He found us after we cleared customs and immigration. We will definitely us Baliden's again when we visit Bali. Service and communications were top notched. Highly recommend.

My driver was GERRY, he was so professional, friendly and EARLY to pick me up! He knows the roads well so he was able to avoid traffic, and made my ride very enjoyable because he speaks English very well and we had good conversation the entire ride. He was very helpful also, giving me recommendations on how to navigate my time in Bali - which I really appreciated! He gave me great advice that I found very helpful as a first time Bali tourist (booking tours, what to do, what to avoid, etc). He also gave me great cultural context with regard the rich heritage - the Balinese have many ceremonies and I wanted to be sure I was a responsible tourist and walked with respect to the people—VALUABLE insight! Moving hotels from Canggu to Giriwood Villa, about 3 hours drive but it didn't feel like it because along the way we talked with the driver, he explained a lot about Bali especially what we saw during the trip, previously I ordered transportation from another agent but compared to shared services our balidens feel very comfortable and satisfied, good english and highly recommended, of course 5 stars!!!

Today, we finished the trip by renting a car with a driver for 6 hours, there was a delay of 25 minutes until we returned to the hotel after the day tour but the driver did not charge me an additional fee, very impressive, the driver really knew the area and routes, my family and I felt safe, he is also very good at making the trip very enjoyable,thank you balidens
